The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, with a strong focus on technical and product positions, from initial requisition to offer acceptance.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates who align with Webgility's culture and values. This includes leveraging advanced boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and emerging recruitment platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, providing timely communication and building strong relationships.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.
- Recruitment Technology & AI: Leverage and optimize recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-powered tools, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to and champion Webgility's employer brand, showcasing our innovative culture and exciting career opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the SaaS and e-commerce product tech space.
- Recruiting Metrics & Insights: Track and analyze key metrics (time-to-hire, quality, pipeline health, source performance), share regular reports with stakeholders, and use insights to drive continuous improvement and smarter hiring decisions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong emphasis on hiring for product, engineering, GTM, design, and other tech/non-tech roles within a SaaS or e-commerce tech company.
- E-commerce & SaaS Knowledge: Understanding of the e-commerce landscape, SaaS , and the unique talent needs of a modern tech product company.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to identify proactively and engage top talent, consistently exceeding recruitment targets and delivering high-quality hires.
- Recruitment Tech Savvy: Proven exposure to and effective utilization of various recruitment technologies, including ATS, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Innovative Sourcing: A track record of implementing creative, out-of-the-box sourcing methodologies to attract hard-to-find talent.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and adapt to changing priorities.
