Webgility helps thousands of small to medium-sized multi-channel businesses automate their back-office jobs like accounting, shipping, inventory management, and more. We are looking for a talented, ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Be knowledgeable about ecommerce for small businesses and help them choose the right Webgility plan that fits their needs
  • Have a basic understanding of the small business ecommerce tech stack including ecommerce platform, accounting, shipping, inventory management, and more
  • Effectively qualify customers, demonstrate value, and close sales
  • Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from various channels including email, chat, and phone
  • Demonstrate the product to prospects and nurture them through their sales journey
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to get customers ready to implement Webgility software
  • Exceed monthly sales goals by following a rigorous cadence of lead management, pipeline nurture, and closing

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience working with small businesses in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical skills to learn and demonstrate software products.
  • Experience with Pipeline management using Hubspot/Salesforce.
  • Are curious and want to know more about our customers.
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota
  • Excellent Communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, technical, and organizational skills.
  • 1+ years of experience working with International clients (US customers a plus)
  • Work during US hours

Location:

This position is 100% remote in India, reliable internet connection is necessary to complete job duties.

Compensation:

60,000 - 80,000 INR base salary (based on experience)

70,000 INR variable commission + exciting spiffs (based on target)
