About The Role
Data Scientists are vital to our data-driven decision-making processes. They are responsible for extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to support business goals and drive the business forward. Data Scientists are proficient in data analysis techniques and tools, and they can independently lead complex projects that involve cross-functional teams.
This role will work closely with other data professionals, engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the data lifecycle. If you’re a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, this role is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
- Conduct data modelling to design and implement robust data structures that support business needs.
- Tell the story of innovation through creative data visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis to extract meaningful insights.
- Maintain the accuracy and security of data throughout all processes and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data science practices.
- Strong data modeling skills and experience with designing scalable data architectures
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Sisense, Tableau, and PowerBI
- Comfortable with JavaScript
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Familiarity with data engineering practices, including ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
