About the Role

As a key team member, you’ll be the trusted advisor for prospects and accounts, understanding and addressing their innovation challenges. Responsibilities include conduction of Solution Design Workshops, to gather customer requirements, and delivering product demonstrations. Your role involves showcasing creativity, excellent presentation skills, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to key prospects and accounts, understanding their challenges and requirements related to their innovation programs.
  • Conduct Solution Design workshops to gather and clarify the needs of the prospect to ensure we are building effective solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop customised proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, including completing information security questionnaires.

  • This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work from our London office one day per week (Thursday's)
