Job Summary:

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Safety and Wellness Solutions. Your focus will be on engaging K-12 school districts and Community Organizations, contributing to STOPit's mission of enhancing safety and wellness for education, communities, and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate and articulate the value of the STOPit portfolio to educational and community organization leaders through call, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Focus on targeted outbound list within a defined territory.
  • Collaborate with seasoned Solutions Advisors within a territory you support to develop, and build key stakeholder interest, and identify the needs of the organization across multiple prospect profiles.
  • Qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team from website form submissions, email campaigns, trade shows and webinars.
  • Re-engage past leads with a focus on bringing them back into the sales funnel.
  • Document sales activities, leads, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for making a difference.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Strong teamwork ethos, with no ego or personal agendas.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in K12 education, social work, counseling, or EdTech sales is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in SalesForce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Office.
