Call / Crisis Center Agent (Overnight Shift - 12 am - 8 am)

We are searching for a crisis center agent. Our Crisis Center is primarily inbound and will initially involve electronic

/ chat communication and call activity. Our Crisis Center is a 24/7 operation through 3 distinct shifts. We are hiring for our overnight shift (12am-8am). Our Crisis Center activity can involve sensitive information as such we place a very high priority around responsibility, punctuality and an overall commitment to quality. Career advancement opportunities are limitless. This is a full-time position with occasional opportunities for overtime.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Call Center Representative
  • Answer incoming customer service and reporting hotline telephone calls
  • Answer incoming customer service chats and emails
  • Incident Monitoring Service
  • Participate in training
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Routine check-ins with team members to review metrics and process to reinforce best practices, train on new products and services, discuss concerns, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • 2-4 years of call center experience
  • Solid communication, listening, and documentation skills
  • A level-headed nature, in particular in the presence of an emergency by your Call Center customer

Compensation: $18.00 per hour initially with opportunities for advancement and occasional overtime. Benefits package included.
