Your position will create a management layer between the SVP, Sales and Account Executives. You’ll manage this group of closers + improve existing sales processes while still running your own deals. If you’re a boots on the ground type of manager, you will thrive in this environment.



  • Assist your team by jumping in to open doors, close deals and build partnerships
  • Coach and mentor Account Executives toward success and professional growth
  • Ensure the team processes are tight around proposal, pricing negotiation, and deal close
  • Motivate and inspire others to align with the sales playbook, strategy, and best practices
  • Demonstrate unbeatable work ethic, enthusiasm for learning & teaching, and instinctive business acumen


  • Take on your own account assignments along with a quota
  • Understand how to stick with the sales playbook while also getting creative to push deals across the finish line
  • Maintain a robust pipeline even as deals are closing to ensure future deal consistency and long term stability
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quota to set a great example for your team
  • Accelerate and grow relationships with prospects within all layers of target companies


  • Become an expert in the sales process, product, industry, and client base
  • Strategize and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders on items like pipeline progress, revenue forecast, feature requests, etc


  • 8+ years experience in high volume B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience managing successful sales teams
  • Track record of over-achievement
  • Strong consultative selling skills into the C-level suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and written skills that allow for effective communication
  • Organizational skills to manage your time to meet and exceed your KPI’s
