Our program provides value for our interns both during and after their internship!

PerformLine interns can expect to build valuable skills, knowledge, tools and training through a series of hands-on "prep sessions" to fully prepare them for their next career move. Think mentorship, resume reviews / enhancements, interview training and even mock sessions to practice their new skills!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Extract, manipulate and cleanse large data sets to support of existing clients using tools like Excel, Tableau and SQL
• Use your skillset to create comprehensive playbooks to add to our training library
• Analyze data and identify actionable insights by reporting with the product interface + Tableau
• Be an owner of data driven projects around rule optimization, data organization, etc
• Maintain tracking of client specific internal reporting goals based on their quotas and capacity
• Conduct industry research in a variety of fields (think:federal regulation, speech analytics, internet protocols) then apply it in real time to our team processes + data visualization

• Organized, detail-oriented and an expert multi-tasker
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Excellent writing and research skills
• Self-motivated, team player comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, start-up environment
• Ability to take a project and run with it under limited supervision and instruction
