OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our program provides value for our interns both during and after their internship!
PerformLine interns can expect to build valuable skills, knowledge, tools and training through a series of hands-on "prep sessions" to fully prepare them for their next career move. Think mentorship, resume reviews / enhancements, interview training and even mock sessions to practice their new skills!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Be a part of a rapidly growing SaaS sales team in one of the most exciting tech industries
- Learn from senior leadership within a sales organization
- Experience selling to some of the largest companies in the world from start to finish
- Dig into our Sales tech stack (Salesforce, Seamless AI, Sales Navigator)
- Contribute to the sales cycle…even prospect your own list of accounts from new verticals!
- Collaborate cross-functionally (think Marketing, Operations, Solutions and more)
- Grow your confidence and skill set to learn how to sell yourself as a potential full-time employee

- Organized, detail-oriented and an expert multi-tasker
- Track record of over-achievement
- Self-motivated, team player comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced, start-up environment
- Ability to take a project and run with it under limited supervision and instruction
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity as needed
- Natural networker with a passion for engaging with people
