The Managed Services Business Consultant Specialist I is an entry level position that requires the ability to coordinate with multiple customer teams to create, maintain and update store-specific fixtures, floorplans, and planograms using One Door’s software solution. This role will collaborate with internal teams to provide top quality services to our retail-based customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide recurring managed services to support and/or supplement customer application management and space planning
• Learn customer business workflows and merchandising strategies
• Analyze, plan and execute a creative approach to planogram design to meet the needs of the customer
• Ensure continuity across the One Door Platform and enhance the retail customer experience
• Manage and document customer digital store models in the software platform
• Provide updates for store locations, floorplan and content for new and existing locations
• Review accuracy and productivity of locations, fixtures, floorplans and planogram designs to ensure that all plans are accurate and executable at store level
• Participate in one-time projects and implementation work as needed
• Provide back-end support for tier 1 and tier 2 break-fix resources as necessary
• Provide training and business support for customers
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams both internally and externally
• Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and knowledge
• May be required to work outside normal business hours on an as-needed basis

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Can navigate Microsoft Applications, with emphasis on Excel, and Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, at a basic level
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
• Has a strong sense of pace and urgency to meet client deadlines
• Is a team player who can also work independently within business hours

PREFERRED

• Prior experience working within a retail-based SaaS software platform
• Experience in retail merchandising and/or customer retail operations
• AutoCAD experience
