LoyaltyLion is a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide. Merchants use LoyaltyLion when they want a loyalty program that is proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Stores using LoyaltyLion typically generate at least $15 for every $1 they spend on the platform.
Today, LoyaltyLion works with over 10,000 small and medium sized retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. It’s been an incredible few years for LoyaltyLion. We closed funding of $12.5m in 2021 and another $12m in 2022. We’ve built out our Leadership team, recruiting a Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Product Officer amongst other key senior hires and we continue to set our sights high, achieving spots in both the Deloitte Fast 50 and the FT1000.

Role Overview
LoyaltyLion is leading the charge in revolutionising customer loyalty within the SaaS industry. As our Director of Partnerships, you'll be at the forefront of this revolution, driving strategic alliances with technology partners and agencies to unlock new avenues of growth for our platform.

Reporting directly to our Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth for LoyaltyLion.

Skills and Responsibilities
- Partnerships experience: Whether you've honed your skills within a technology partner, launched your own startup, or thrived within an agency environment, we're looking for candidates who intimately understand our industry and the key players within it.
- Proven track record: You've recently carried an individual revenue target and are unfazed by the prospect of continuing to do so. Generating revenue for partnerships will be a core aspect of this role, and we're seeking individuals who thrive under this pressure.
- Team management: With a US-based employee under your wing in this role, you will have successfully led a team for a minimum of 2 years, demonstrating your ability to inspire, motivate, and drive results through others.

- Revenue-driven mindset: You view partnerships as a critical revenue-generating function, with clear KPIs and targets to hit each month. Your focus is on delivering tangible results and driving business growth.
- Self-sufficiency: We're seeking highly self-sufficient candidates with a track record of taking initiative and driving results. Whether you've founded your own company or thrived within an agency, we value individuals who can hit the ground running.
- Willingness to travel: Get ready to pack your bags! As our ambassador, you'll be representing LoyaltyLion at events on a monthly basis, both domestically and internationally. A love for travel and adventure is a must.
- A first-time Director of Partnerships, ready to step up and significantly impact our organisation.
- A Director of Partnerships at a smaller startup, where titles may be different but the responsibility for revenue generation is very real.
- Experience within the SaaS tech industry or an agency environment is preferred, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

This role is primarily based in our London office, with an expectation of spending at least two days per week onsite. We prefer candidates who live within commuting distance of the Farringdon HQ.
