Our innovative platform caters to businesses across various sectors including electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, laboratories, government, automotive, energy, and chemical manufacturing. By leveraging our solutions, organizations can significantly reduce their Cost of Quality (CoQ), enhance operational excellence, and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and GxP regulations.

About the Role:

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by capitalizing on provided leads and generating new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Lead Follow-up: Diligently pursue Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by our Business Development team, nurturing them into sales opportunities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients across various organizational levels.
  3. Product and Market Knowledge: Continuously stay updated on Intellect's product suite and competitors to effectively position our solutions in the market.
  4. New Business Closure: Drive the closure of new business opportunities through persuasive negotiation and value-based selling.
  5. Sales Strategy Development: Analyze market potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  6. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets within quarterly timelines.
  7. Brand Promotion: Promote and sell Intellect's solutions, embodying a value-based sales approach to showcase the benefits to potential customers.
  8. Customer Education: Educate clients on the financial and professional advantages of adopting Intellect's solutions.
  9. Sales Cycle Guidance: Skillfully guide prospects through the sales cycle, securing initial deals and fostering revenue growth.
  10. Pipeline Development: Independently build and develop sales opportunities, acquiring new clients to expand the client base.
  11. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Pre-Sales, and Integration teams to navigate complex sales cycles effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • 3 years' experience selling QMS
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in navigating complex sales environments.
  • Preferably experienced in selling software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively in group settings.
  • Comfortable and proficient in remote work environments.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • At least 7 years of solution or value-based selling experience.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
  • Proven success in growing an enterprise client portfolio.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently secure new business and acquire new clients.
  • Competitive spirit and entrepreneurial drive.

  • Minimum 5 years of successfully selling complex SaaS products to senior executives.
