🎯 Your main purpose

Search and attract the best talent in LATAM to work with a global team focused on developing the best last mile technology in the world. You will be in charge of a full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition best practices to attract and connect with the best fit for the company and role.

✨ What would you do?

• Strategic sourcing techniques and employer branding


• Lead Kick off meetings with hiring manager for Job Description creation or alignment


• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to identify potential candidates, this includes sourcing, screening candidates, posting job listings, scheduling interviews, conducting background and reference checks, negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires.


• Build or improves assessment for any of the roles needed & conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit with our company culture and values


• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to expand our candidate pool


• Manage and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team


• Manage candidate communication and provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates


• Coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and virtual events


• Ensure timely and accurate data entry of ATS


• Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders


• Perform special projects and other HR duties as assigned


• Run the onboarding & off boarding process ensuring a smooth process from end to end


• Salaries benchmarks reports for tech team

🙌🏼 Your experience has been shaped by

• Degree in HR, Business management, psychology, or similar careers.


• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (IT industry experience desirable)


• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter & using ATS


• Experience using tools eg Slack, G-Suite, Jira, among others.


• Experience working hybrid


• Intermediate or Advanced English level


• Portuguese (desirable)


• Planning skills: Time management, meeting deadlines and deliverables with low supervision.


• Positive and open-minded style of communication


• Experience in a fast-paced environment start-up/tech: proactivity, initiative, resourcefulness, uncertainty management. Autonomy in a dynamic environment. (highly valued)

• IT Industry Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview, selection, assessment center, offer & onboarding.


• Advise on Colombia, LATAM and Global recruitment such as popular job boards, sourcing strategies, interviews.


• Work with Hiring Managers as partners to define priorities, candidate selection criteria and hiring deadlines & Coordinate and schedule interviews with Hiring Managers.


• Share constructive feedback while maintaining rapport with applicants and engaging candidate experience.


• Publish new roles using different recruitment channels, such as social media, networking, search engine marketing techniques, university alliances.


• Maintain a strong pipeline according to the needs for the growth of the team.
