Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who can help our customers reach the promised land: to get the maximum return on their investment in EveryoneSocial. We do this by connecting their usage of our product (registered users, content shared, etc.) to core business outcomes: customers, prospects, hiring candidates, etc.

We think the best person for this job is someone who comes from the agency/professional services/consultancy world. You understand how businesses work, you understand what leaders care about, you can traverse teams and organizations, and you can speak the language of the customer. You’re adept at keeping your head above water, staying focused on the goal, and keeping everyone moving in the right direction.

This is a very special opportunity. Internally you’ll collaborate with our CEO & Co-Founder and our SVP CX. Externally you’ll work with companies like NVIDIA, Meta, Amazon, and HSBC. You’ll work with their teams and their senior leaders, including the Chief Marketing and Chief Communications Officers. Sometimes even a CEO. The role is part people, part product, and part data. Your goal will be to ensure every single one of your accounts gets the most from their investment in EveryoneSocial.

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner, collaborating closely with enterprise clients to craft customized strategies aligned with their business objectives.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and frameworks to enhance customer onboarding, adoption, and program optimization.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders, guiding them strategically to maximize value and ROI.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify opportunities, address risks, and drive continuous improvement in client programs.
  • Lead strategic client interactions, including Executive Business Reviews, strategy workshops, and quarterly business planning sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with client strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and the development of client advocates.
  • Continuously refine and evolve internal playbooks, methodologies, and best practices for strategic customer engagement

Prior Experience

  • You've owned a collection of high-value/high-profile customer accounts with demonstrated success in driving retention, expansion, and ROI
  • You’ve spent time at an agency/consultancy, ideally focused on marketing/digital transformation
  • Super bonus points if you’ve been involved in at an early stage company/startup (EveryoneSocial is a profitable startup)
  • You have a master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Analysts or related field
  • You’ve created strategic plans, presentations, and other materials for your customers, including data analysis and insights
  • You have a track record of fostering relationships with people in many different roles, including senior leaders in marketing and communications

Compensation

  • Work from home, anywhere in the US (lower 48)
  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-driven bonus structure, targeted at 20% of base
