Job Summary:
As a Senior Concept Ideation Analyst, you will lead the development of innovative Payment Integrity ideas and concepts to drive strategic initiatives and business growth. This role will work with multiple clients, and drive business by management of a client’s end to end experience. Creating analytics and aligning with client goals to drive post pay savings by leveraging your expertise in market analysis, creative thinking, and strategic planning, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and market opportunities. This role requires a combination of visionary thinking, analytical rigor, and leadership skills to shape the future direction of the organization's products and initiatives.

You may be ideal if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years minimum concept development, innovation management, strategic planning, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful ideation initiatives and bringing innovative concepts to market.
- Experience with agile methodologies and lean startup principles.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential applications in relevant industries.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring, and coaching junior team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
- Experience with prototyping tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or InVision.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and anticipate future market trends and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- 70% individual contributor / 30% team coach and solutioning
- Strategic Ideation: Lead the ideation process to generate breakthrough ideas and concepts for new products, services, business models, and market strategies. Champion a culture of innovation and creativity within the organization.
- Market Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, customer insights, and emerging opportunities. Use insights to inform strategic decision-making and concept development.
- Concept Development: Drive the development of comprehensive concept proposals, including value propositions, business cases, target market segmentation, and go-to-market strategies. Ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to refine concepts, gather feedback, and align on execution plans. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster collaboration and creativity.
- Feasibility Assessment: Conduct thorough feasibility studies and assessments to evaluate the technical, operational, and financial feasibility of proposed concepts. Identify risks and opportunities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term innovation roadmaps and strategic plans to guide the organization's innovation agenda and prioritize concept development initiatives. Define key milestones, metrics, and success criteria.
- Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in innovation.
- General- Enhancing the work queues, leveraging Pareo SME expertise to effectively communicate client capabilities, and overseeing the entire end-to-end concept ideation process—from initial concept development to performance evaluation.
- Manage multiple clients- Providing Pareo analytic and financial reporting, ideation support, and resolution of complex client demands.
