THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for all things related to client rewards, the fastest-growing area of our business. This will include forecasting, financial reporting, liaising with external clients, and driving improvements in our currently fragmented process.

This is a fantastic opportunity for your first role in finance. No previous experience is required, but any you do have is welcome! What is required is a clear and logical way of thinking, coupled with a desire to learn and the confidence to take ownership of a key area of our business.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Work with our Client Success colleagues to understand their client programs and campaigns.
• Produce forecasts and reporting for client rewards.
• Liaise with external clients to understand future plans and agree on reward levels required.
• Monitor reward levels and place orders to top up balances.
• Standardize the current process to drive efficiency, accuracy, and improve external client service.

YOU ARE:

• A recent graduate with a 2:1 degree or above.
• Equipped with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Results-oriented and driven.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive.
• An excellent verbal and written communicator.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Available to work immediately—contract term: 3 months with a view to extend.
• Located in either the Leeds or London office for 2 days per week, with 3 days working from home.
